Account Support Specialist - Call Center Experience Preferred

Oakland, ME (Corporate Office)

This position will consist mostly of receiving incoming calls, taking payments and delivery requests, and routing calls to the proper departments. This position can lead to advancement opportunities for qualified candidates.

Requirements
Requires extensive interaction with our customers over the phone. Applicants must enjoy working with the public. He/she should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as basic administrative and accounting skills. Additionally, individuals should possess a positive can-do attitude, and work well within a fast paced environment.
