HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

The Fabian Fleet Card Program features a straightforward and predictable billing cycle designed to streamline financial management for businesses. The cycle operates on a bi-monthly schedule, splitting the month into two periods: the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the 30th (or 31st). At the end of each cycle, an invoice summarizing all fuel transactions is generated and sent to the customer the following day. Payments are then automatically withdrawn from the company’s account two days after the cycle ends, ensuring a seamless process. For example, charges incurred from the 1st to the 15th are invoiced on the 16th and withdrawn on the 17th. This structure allows businesses to efficiently manage cash flow and maintain an organized record of fuel expenses without the need for manual payment processing.

As a self-service program, Fabian Oil does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen, or compromised, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately lock or disable the card through the self-service portal to prevent unauthorized charges. Any transactions made prior to disabling the card remain the customer’s responsibility. This system ensures that businesses maintain full control over their fleet cards, with real-time changes and monitoring capabilities to enhance security and minimize risk.
